Heath & Welness expert Marion Blasch is on a mission: “I believe in each person’s potential and strive to guide them to find their inner strength.”

Northern Virginia-based health and wellness expert Marion Blasch teaches barre, a full-body workout that uses smaller movements and light weights to enhance and strengthen core and stabilizer muscles. She also teaches Yoga, which involves physical strength, stretch, and balance, as well as the mental aspect of training the mind to focus, relax, and discover the inner divine.

“I believe in each person’s potential and strive to guide them to find their inner strength,” says the former lead cyclist on the University of California Berkeley Women’s cycling team. “I work to maintain a high level of fitness and nutritional health while inspiring others to do so as well!”

Certified by the Metropolitan School of the Arts and Yogafit (RTT200), Marion began her fitness journey teaching spin aerobics in exclusive studios in her hometown of San Diego before teaching at the military at the Naval Base, Millington, TN. She currently teaches at Breathe Body Mind Studio in Springfield, VA, and the Metropolitan School of the Arts in Alexandria, VA.

Marion holds an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Memphis and went on to have a career in investment marketing. She is an avid swimmer and a master’s coach. Marion is dedicated to her family and enjoys instructing barre and yoga.
