Passionate about supporting mission-driven women leaders to navigate change and uncertainty without burning out, Pamela Thompson is the founder of Female Wave of Change Canada, a national, member-based non-profit.

“I firmly believe that feminine leadership holds the key to creating a better world,” says Pamela, the president of Creative Life Coaching & Consulting, who accomplishes her goals through experiential workshops, speaking engagements, podcast interviews, and writing.

Her two best-selling books include Learning to Dance with Life: A Guide for High-Achieving Women, and The Exploits of Minerva: Reflections of a Sixty-Something Woman. Her third book, soon to be published, is “Truths & Contradictions: Life-Changing Experiences in Afghanistan.” All of Pam’s books draw on her diverse experiences across five continents.

“My journey has included facing challenges such as burnout, separation, and divorce while ultimately finding lasting love,” shares Pamela. “I fervently desire to share insights and actionable strategies and inspire others to thrive in life and work. I am on a mission to empower participants worldwide to navigate change and lead during uncertain times.”

She believes that life is an adventure to be lived to the fullest and embodies this philosophy in everything she does. “I invite fellow women leaders to join me in this journey of growth and empowerment and in making the world a better place.”
