At 25, Zoe Brown is producing plays in LA. Meet this Philly girl who is following her dreams

Aug. 15, 2022: Monday Morning Magic from Inkandescent® PR + Publishing Co. — Meet Zoe Brown, a creative producer who grew up in Philadelphia and Connecticut before moving to Los Angeles to launch her career in TV and theater. After graduating from the University of Southern California in 2020, she landed jobs as a Producer’s Assistant on Love, Victor Seasons 2 and 3, and Euphoria Season 2. She is currently the assistant to the president of K Period Media, a production company founded by Kimberly Steward in 2013 that is dedicated to finding and making socially-relevant, story-driven projects with mainstream appeal.

Zoe’s passion is producing plays. In August 2022, she received accolades for “Get It Together.” Scroll down for the review, and read it here. Zoe also has produced the web series, LolaMay, and the short film, “Great White Lies.” In 2020, she co-founded the Mental Health Content Collective, and hopes to continue making content that starts conversations about mental health. See her video about the project, here.

We leave you with this parting thought from Zoe: “Sometimes you just have to go for it and see what happens, even if it feels like you have no idea what you’re doing.” Click here to connect with her on LinkedIn.

Until next Monday: Here’s to following your dreams! — Hope Katz Gibbs, founder, and president, Inkandescent® PR + Publishing Co., Inkandescent.us
