You are going to want to take a walk in the woods with EcoWisdom Wellness founder Jenny Harrow-Keeler

Jenny Harrow-Keeler is the founder of EcoWisdom Wellness, a nature-based healing practice rooted in the belief that reconnection with the Earth is essential for personal and collective wellbeing. Jenny is a certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide with eight years of experience guiding forest bathing experiences for individuals, groups, and organizations throughout Sonoma County, CA and beyond. Her offerings are sensory and mindfulness-based, drawing from the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing, and weaving in somatic practices, guided meditations, clinical research, and invitations to connect deeply with the natural world.

Jenny holds a Master’s in Integrative Health Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies, where she wrote her thesis on the therapeutic benefits of forest bathing. She brings a trauma-informed approach to her work, integrating the latest science with ancient wisdom. As a certified HeartMath® Resilience Advantage™ trainer, she incorporates evidence-based tools for stress regulation and emotional well-being into her sessions.

In addition to private sessions, retreat experiences, and corporate wellness programs, Jenny partners with luxury hotels, wineries, and spas to curate transformational wellness offerings for guests. She also provides forest therapy sessions specifically for frontline healthcare workers and first responders—including firefighters—as part of her ongoing work with Integrative Healers Action Network (IHAN), a nonprofit she co-founded that delivers integrative, trauma-informed care to communities impacted by climate disasters.

Jenny’s work supports individuals navigating life transitions, burnout, chronic stress, grief, and other challenges with care, depth, and heart.
